In more than 50% of cases, members who consult a Bonjour-santé nurse for a health issue do not have to book an appointment with a doctor afterwards!
By chat or videoconference, nurses can assess your health concern, offer advice and information, and direct you, when required, to the right service for treatment. They can also hep you navigate the health system if you need to undergo tests, see a specialist, have blood tests done, and more. Finally, should you require them, our nurses can help you find the appointments you need.
