Phone sign-up for a walk-in appointment,
which has eliminated the early morning lineups in front of medical clinics.
2013
Phone and web sign-up for an appointment at the patient’s regular clinic.
In 2013, this achievement won the Canada Health INFOWAY Imagination Challenge Award for electronic appointment scheduling.
2015
Involvement with Polycliniques Levasseur,
a Super-clinic operated according to best management practices, as reflected by the Manager of the Year Award received at the Gala de l'innovation en services de première ligne. This clinic also serves as a test laboratory for Bonjour-santé solutions.
